Information on Shipping For your convenience, free shipping is included on all of our farm fresh floral orders. *Taxes are determined based on exact shipping address. Your delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Due to always changing weather and airline industry conditions, sometimes delivery times may require longer lead times than usual. We will communicate with you on any changes.
Do I need to be present for my delivery?
Our deliveries are international and therefore require a signature. It works best to have someone available to sign for the order if you are not present. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.
FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. To set this up, create a username in the following links:

How far in advance should I place my floral order?
As an event and wedding florist, I highly suggest having your farm fresh flowers arrive a few days in advance. 3 days in advance is my ideal delivery window. If you have a lot of preparation and design to do, we advise that you schedule delivery before your event so there’s time for your flowers to hydrate, get prepped, and open to the perfect stage.
Something has come up! Can I change my order?
Yes yes, we totally get it, life and parties and weddings and such is always changing, and always a little crazy. We can modify an existing order if we receive notice within 7 days of the delivery date. Once an order has shipped, of course, as you can imagine, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes to your order before the 7 day limit, please send an e-mail to hello@debililly.com, with the subject heading URGENT CHANGE TO ORDER # and please list the order number in question.
In the body of the email, please include your order number along with your name, address, contact information and changes you would like to make. You will receive a verification email of the changes made to your order within 7 business days.
