Cancellation / Refund Policy
Your flowers are harvested and shipped from South America, Central America and the United States once your order has been received and processed for shipping. Late cancellations may not be possible at the time the cancel request is received. Orders that cannot be cancelled cannot be refunded.

Subject: URGENT CANCEL Order # Please include your order number, items to be canceled and reason for cancellation. Once the cancellation request has been processed, a cancellation confirmation will be emailed.
